Recently, I decided to ad AdSense to my feedburner feeds for DailyEcoTips.com, and the results were very pleasantly surprising!
I found this easy to set-up. I guess you need to have your feedburner feeds attached to the same Google account as your main adsense account - I find its easier to keep things together like that in one central location anyway, but it certainly helped with this.
In your AdSense account’s “Get Ads” section, just hit “AdSense for feeds”, and follow the options. I have found that certainly in the “eco” niche, that image ads are both attracting more clicks and certainly paying more per click at present, so I opted for Image ads to be displayed at the top of each feed. Select your feed at the bottom and then away you go!
I set this up a couple of weeks ago - it took me about five minutes to do, and it has pulled in a whopping $13.23 so far! OK, so I can’t exactly retire on such sums, but for five minutes work, if that continues for the indefinate future, then its well worth doing!
I’d be interested to see how anyone else has got on with AdSense for FeedBurner……

That’s interesting, as I didn’t have much success with Ads for feeds. Admittedly I didn’t try on DailyEcoTips, as I placed ads at the bottom.
I’d be interested to know what influence that has on your subscriber count (i.e. will it put people off).
BTW, you need to update the settings on the RSS footer.
yeah - and Im sure that I still have a few adsense ads running for you too! I havent gone through the two sites with a fine tooth comb yet!! zzzzzzz
Subscriber count on DailyEcoTips is up and still rising albeit a bit slower than i’d like
i still need more feed readers to have an eranings like yours.
I have bad experience with Adsense till now because I am not earning sufficient money from there. Perhaps I have wrong selection of sites and blogs. I am planning almost 10 more sites with hot niches. Thanks for sharing the tip with feedburner. I didn’t notice it in my adsense account so far.
David, I am wondering why I didn’t receive email about it in my account which is attached to my adsense account. Even, it is the first blog post on the topic. I think, I am so ignorant to that. Thanks for the post, I am just going to give it a try.
With n o limitations, why shouldn’t we have accounts and setup to all services? I think we should avail all opportunities provided by our partners(I think Google is partner for all of its publishers and advertisers).
