Update for phpLD Google PR Update Mod

Due to a number of emails I’ve received about the phpLD Google PR Update Mod being incompatible for V3.30 of phpLD, I have updated all of the code. The PR Update Mod now supports phpLDLinkDirectory V2.10, V2.12, V3.10, V3.20, V3.30.
I have also moved all of my downloads away from my personal site (http://www.jagoharry.co.uk) to PowerDosh. Here’s a list of the new changes:
- Added phpLD V3.30 support
- Changed pagerank update script to use a new script that is much faster and more reliable
- Updated docs to refer to my new site PowerDosh.com
